Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. BUT, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange it for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Jewelry, Bodysuits, Swimsuits, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

The two piece slim sets can not be returned or exchanged after purchase. You are advised to buy the size that you will fit you best. If you buy the set and put a run in the bottoms you can not return or exchange. We advise that if you buy in store to try on the set first. 

Items returned after 5 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not qualify for exchange or store credit.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and then we will email you with your store credit amount.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at notsoclicheboutique@gmail.com and send your item to: 35560 GrandRiver Ave STE 279 Farmington MI 48335, United States.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
